  4. [A] Edit On-Line User
  5.     Allows the sysop to edit the user currently on-line without 
  6.     having to login under his own account.
  7.

  9. [B] Bulletin Update
  10.     This feature will reset the user bulletin flags.  Up to 8 
  11.     bulletins are supported (0-7).  It will make the users read the
  12.     bulletin on their next call, after which it will be set again and
  13.     they won't be forced to read it.  Use this command after updating
  14.     BULL#.HLP.

  16. [C] Chat Mode Toggle
  17.      Disable or enable chat mode ringer.
  18.  
  19. [D] Disable BBS Toggle
  20.      If there is a situation where you wish to disable the BBS from 
  21.      accepting any callers but you don't wish to shut your system off, 
  22.      just use this command and all calls will be shown DISABLE.BLB and 
  23.      won't be allowed to logon.

  25. [E] Execute File
  26.     Use the file selector to run any program under ST-Keep, keep in 
  27.     mind that you should insure there is enough RAM available for 
  28.     both programs.

  31. [F] Floor Editor
  32.     Edit floor name and group access.

  35. [G] Group Editor
  36.     Edit group names.

  39. [K] Kill User
  40.      Delete a user account.  Effectively changes their ACCESS level to
  41.      0, freeing up this userlog spot for a new user.  This account can be 
  42.      revived if it is called upon before a new user grabs the slot.

  44. [M] Door Editor
  45.     Add, change, kill doors.

  48. [P] Change System Password
  49.     Change the system password.  This password allows access to any 
  50.     user account, so protect it with your life!
  51.  
  52. [R] Backup Option
  53.     Press [RETURN] to disable the backup option.  Otherwise enter a 
  54.     valid drive and pathname (C:\FOLDER\) where ST-Keep will backup 
  55.     all the *.SYS files when the first caller after midnight logs 
  56.     off.  You must insure that you have enough space on the backup 
  57.     partition, so just calculate it by adding the size of all the 
  58.     *.SYS files in your system directory.  Note, this won't work on 
  59.     a floppy unless all your system files are less than 720K!

  61. [S] Secure System Toggle
  62.     Make your system secure or open.  If it's secure, all users 
  63.     accounts are installed with access level 1, which means they can 
  64.     not leave messages or make file transfers until the sysop 
  65.     upgrades their level.  If your system is open, new users are 
  66.     given access level 2 and the default on-line time and download 
  67.     ration that you entered with INIT.TOS.

  70. [U] Userlog Editor
  71.      You will be prompted for a username to edit.  Most ofthe users data 
  72.      can be modified with this command.  You can even print out the 
  73.      user information from here.  This command only works on an 
  74.      account in the disk file, not the current usser on-line.

  76. [V] Vote Reset
  77.     Re-set all the users vote pointers so that they will be asked to 
  78.     take the new vote.  Make sure to edit your vote_q_0.sys and 
  79.     vote_a_0.sys files.

  82. [Z] Change Modem Init String
  83.     Some modems may need different init strings, or you may want to 
  84.     toggle the modem speaker on/off.  The start up string is AT S0=1 
  85.     S2=255 M0 V1.  AT S0=1 S2=255 are REQUIRED!  S register 0 will 
  86.     cause your modem to answer the phone on the first ring, register 
  87.     2 insures that a remote user can not command your modem with the 
  88.     +++ string.  ST-Keep handles DTR and CARRIER DETECT, so do not 
  89.     force them on your modem.
